20th October 2011 - Appointment with Nurse Kim Common and Dietician at SRH - No target set as I have lost over 2 stone between seminar and this appointment, I just have to stay this weight or lose more but definatly not put any on. My weight was 183kgs on SRH scales.
14th May 2012 - Appointment with my Consultant Mr Small = (CANCELLED by them)

After alot of thought I have decided to go private as I cant take this rollercoster ride anymore
30th April I met with WLS group and provisionally booked surgery with them for 15th May 2012.
