Apr 2011 - Funding approved 16 June 2011 - 1st appointment 21 June 2011 - 2nd appointment! 4 July 2011 - SURGERY!! 27 June 2011 - Started pre-op diet 4 July 2011 - Lost 9lb on pre-op diet, had surgery. week 1 - Lost 14lb week 2 - 19lb week 3 - 26lb week 4 - 30lb week 5 - 35lb week 6 - 39lb week 7 - 42lb week 8 - 45lb week 9 - 49lb week 10 - Went on holiday! week 11 - maintained week 12 - 56lb!!
