K think this is how I want to remind myself what I eat and why. I do keep track on my mobile some days but not as much as I should so because I'm on here most days it makes sense to me. Well at least while I'm smiling :)

Breakfast: Slimfast choc shake.

Lunch: Weight Watchers Pitta Bread (WWPB) 2 slices of Turkey ham.. Clementine Pear and Grapes (tri fruit) Muller Lite Orange with choc bits. Yoghurt.

Dinner: Slow roast minted Lamb, steamed new potatoes, carrots, peas, sweetcorn sprouts. (Small plate)

Supper: Clementine and Kiwi.

Ok Cupid so answer to you thread title :) yes its blooming lunchtime and im starving.............. then i get here and read all about your yummy food you've been eating now my tummy is howling for my boiled egg and salad lol
your intake looks pretty good to me hunni keep up the fantastic hard work, it has to pay of soon :)

with regards to the appp, i don't know it but having yummy recipes sent to you sounds good, but i feel 500 is far too low. But would keep it in mind should you really need a boost nearer the time :) I was pre op sticking to 1000 cals and the weight was shifting just fine. x x x x hugs

looks good to me and no i would not drop to 500 calories but if you did want to follow them then maybe add a couple snacks in to boost the calorie intake

how do you find the slim fast i tried it for pre op and it really didnt like me at all hope you get bloods back soon must check if mine was back forgot them duh me

Hi cupid... I've just been and read all ur posts. It is a struggle to loose weight for what u want in the long run and my thoughts r with u. U r amazing with ur walking and tenacity for logging food etc.. I know u will get there. I will continue to follow u and ur efforts will pay off. Keep the faith as my friend told me todayxxx
