Ooo hello guys and girls got room for a (soon to be) 'little' one?

I joined my local beaumont health centre last week. I don't like doing a lot when its me womens so I haven't been yet but booked myself in to go to aqua aerobics this Thurs and aqua zumba on fri!! Check me out!

I'm currently pre-op doing a milk diet for 4 weeks to loose 5% of my body weight to show commitment for post op. I've currently lost a stone in the first 2 weeks and have 7 more pounds to loose

I CANNOT BELIEVE IT!!
I've been very fit in the past but I've never been able to run. The best I've managed it 30 seconds jog/30 seconds walk.
Anyway at the weekend I managed to run for 2 1/2 minutes solid then walking for 30 seconds for a total of 30 mins.
I am over the moon!

Since getting my health club member ship I have attend the aqua aerobic classes on a tues, thurs and fri and done 10mins hill program on the treadmill each time. Even went at 7am on Sunday morning, now that's commitment!
