Rep Power: 393 ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Consultant: Mr Kumar Funding: NHS Surgery Type: Gastric bypass Surgery Date: saturday 16th april, 2011 Gender: Female Start Date: from the day i was born Start Weight: 347lb Current Weight: 202lb Goal Weight: 175lb Goal Date: as long as it takes but hopefully not too long Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 145lb Weight to Lose: 27lb % Lost: 41.79% | Awww well done all, can I join in please :-) I'm planning on doin 3 gym sessions a wk, doing a good walk with the babba at least twice a wk, and also doing Zumba once a wk so here goes Weight 14 stone 3lb Gym session number one done had my induction this morning at 9 it was fab loved it, got an instructor and he set me up a brill programme which included 15 minute treadmill, 15 minutes cross trainer,10 minutes rowing machine, 10 minutes on another machine that's similar to cross trainer but found it more difficult (really felt the burn lol) then I done 10 minutes on the stepper machine and went on a bike thingy but it was a bike with pedals for the arms too so it tones and works out both the arms and legs, that was today my second induction is to the weights tomorrow where I intend on doin all that again after iv been shown wat weights to do :-) im not gonna over do it if I can only do gym twice I'll b happy its better than nothing I'm gonna try my best fingers crossed I can get this fat butt toned xx
