Problems with Registration / Forgotten Password

Hi

Would a Tech support wonderperson please get in touch as I've had to re register under my hubbys email. (Which I don't like doing)

I forgot my username and password and have been trying for days to get a "forgotten password" sent through. The system recognises my email, but I'm just not getting anything through. I thought I used to be Bluewoo or Bluewoo777 but with my brain wired up as it is it could be anything......

I've also tried the contact me at the bottom of the page and sent requests through for both of my email addresses.

Would someone please be able to help me get back to my "Non Fed Up" status, as I've just had a date through for August 2nd and really would like to post on the Website.

Really hoping that someone out there can help me out.

We have the following three users:

Bluewoo registered 10/04/14. Status - account validation, i.e. check your emails to validate your account.
Bluewoo777 registered 11/07/14. Status as above.

The above two have different email addresses. The first starts bluewoo, the second wendy.

BluewooFedUp registered 13/07/14. Account validated.

All three have the same IP address, so all from the same computer.

Thanks for your reply . Unfortunately I'm just not getting the forgotten password emails through to the BW or BW777 emails. I've tried over and over again. :confused:

I'm not sure what to do really as I'd rather not use my hubbys email.

Thanks Mazza. I've checked my junk and spam folders - nothing.....

I've also tried to change to another of my email addresses but as they are in use the system won't let me...

Did the WLSurgery validation email address receive a notification of undeliverable mail at all?

If it has would you send me a copy so I can get in contact with my provider to sort out why I'm just not getting emails from WLSurgery.....
