Fit and fantastic!
NB: I started this thread at six months post bypass (January 2014).

Hello everyone. I've been on this forum for a few months now but these are the first photos I have posted. I thought it was about time ...

The 'before' picture is me at my biggest before my op - 19stone and size 24/26. I had my bypass on 9 July 13. The 'after' photo was taken today (2 Jan 14) and shows me just under 13stone and size 14/16. Another couple of stone off would be great but I am very happy - not least as I am wearing a French Connection jumper (sale purchase). Who would have thought ... Big smile!!

You will Ceecie. You are doing really well and I have every confidence your journey will be amazing! I'm eagerly awaiting your next photos. If you keep up the loss at the rate you are going, you should be under 20 before we get some decent weather so your SS14 wardrobe is going to be pretty cool - maybe size 20? I'm really thrilled for you - and it's been a pleasure being here for you. xxx

My mum, ever critical of my weight although she had been responsible for sowing the seed of my morbid obesity since I was toddler, used to refer to my legs as "great hams" :-(

Wow you look amazing, im only just 3 moths post op, has your weightless slowed down over the last 3 months or has it come off pretty steadily? I hope I look as good as you in 3 months time, as we are the same height.

Well done!

Sorry Jenny for my late reply. I lost most of my weight over the four week LSD and the three or so months post op. I have not changed anything and exercise vigorously three times a week and I have not lost a single lb in over a month. Having said that, my body shape is changing and I continue to drop dress sizes, so there is much more to this than what the scales can tell us. Good luck with your journey and keep us posted xxx
