Almost Three Years

Just thought I would do a quick update for you.

I am now with Slimming World and have lost three stone with them.

I have lost in total over 14 stone now.

Here I am at 28.5 stone and 14.5 stone.

I certainly do have the t shirt for it, but it's a large now and not a 6xl lol

I'm being tapped up to become one but unless I could get a Saturday class I simply don't have time to commit to them I'm afraid .

I do help my friend though who is one, and I also sit and do the weigh in during class for her, so it's a start.

Thats great especially as all the slimming classes are very "light" on male slimmers so for a bloke to pluck up the courage and see another bloke must be great for them

To be honest we have about 10 men in our class so it's great.

That is good usually you find a lone bloke dragged there by his wife looking very uncomfy lol

Think the ladies hate us because we have a bit of a challenge between us each week lol

Also bloke lose much faster than women usually

Good that you/they have an added incentive

Half the man you used to be.... in the very nicest sense! congratulations on your losses

I cant wait to hit the losers bench (nerves are kicking in big now)
