OK, I'm 2 weeks post op and thought it would be a good idea to start a weekly weigh in record so I can keep track. My progress so far:
Loss before LSD = 18lb
Loss on LSD = 8lb
Loss week 1 post op = 9lb
Loss week 2 post op = 4lb
Total loss so far = 39lb

wtg on the losses :) the only way is down now x x x hope your feeling a little better too x x x

I am feeling better thanks. Still a bit up and down at times but sure I'll be fine when I get back to normal - back to work and being able to eat proper food!!

Still can't do too much without being wrecked or in pain which is a bit frustrating but I'll get there :)

I think people can sometimes have stalls around this point or so I've read. Sure it'll pick back up especially when your well enough to start exercising etc every pound off worth celebrating :)

I've seen so many posts on here about stalls around this point so was kind of expecting it but it's the impatient so and so in me that can't help but be disappointed!!

Oh well, onwards and upwards......

Looking at your figures Susie you have really done well, and you have great results already! Just have reassurance that you will drop the weight- if you work with it, you can't not drop it!

Yeah I do know that and I'm trying to stay positive. There's no point focussing on what's happening just this week, it's a marathon not a sprint after all :)

I keep reminding myself how far I've come - more than 3 stone in total is not to be sniffed at!!!
