29 May 2014 128kg today which is bit disappointing as I've been throwing up most of the week and am stuck between liquids and puree. I've also been walking several km a day so hopefully I'll see a bigger loss next week. I really want to hit the 20kg off then 25, 30 etc... When I get to 30kg I'll be half way there!

You're doing great Stacey, don't get hung up on the single numbers, look at it as a total. 19kg is fab. xx

Weight today 126kg so, that's a grand total of 21my down but because I'm so obsessed with losing I've discovered if I covert it to pounds it sounds much more impressive... 46lb. Does anyone else have that? You need a bigger number to feel ok about it? I'm struggling with my head this week, too much time on my hands as I'm still home from Work.
I joined the gym this week and have been twice so far, it's really hard and zapping my energy levels but I'm really concerned about my bingo wings and inner things and must fix them ASAP.

So, after a few days of stalling which has been really stressful I am now 125.1kg. I was stuck on 125.4kg for most of the week and it just wouldn't budge even though I was following everything to the letter. I know stalls are natural and a normal part of this journey but I became obsessed and am now wishing I wasn't a slave to the scales.

On a positive note after a week off dairy and meats to settle my stomach I managed to have 3 slices of wafer ham yesterday and a weetabix bottled smoothie with no throwing up or diarrhoea which is good, it was impossible to get anywhere near 60-80g of protein on a plant based diet and I wonder if a lack of protein caused the stall.

This morning I'm going to try an egg for breakfast then I'm hitting the gym for some cardio and free weights.

Today's weight: 123.6kg...so a total loss of 23.4kg so far or 51.6lb or 3 stone 7lb... I just wish it was faster! I'm driving myself mad being a Ailey weighed and I seriously need to get a grip.

Really struggling with exhaustion this past week, the worst so far post op so I've booked in for blood tests on Tuesday to check all my vitamin levels etc

I did my measurements earlier this week which was interesting, here's the before and current:

Start measurements

Waist 108cm
Hips 121cm
Thigh 88cm
Upper Arm 49cm
Chest 99cm
Bust 122cm

Current measurements

Waist 97cm - 11cm loss
Hips 113cm - 9cm loss
Thigh 77cm - 11cm loss
Upper Arm 41cm - 8cm loss
Chest 96cm - 3 cm loss
Bust 102cm -20cm loss....eeeek my boobs are gone!

So, happy with the shrinking although I now have an amazing collection of saggy skin to sort out!

I'll post a couple of pics in a second of me over the past week.

Thanks
Stacey

I didn't post last week because I stalled and my weight was stuck at 122.5 - 123kg and I felt so frustrated I wanted to scream. I have mixed up my diet a bit this week and it's T.o.M and my weight is now moving again... today I was 121.8kg - not a huge loss but better than nothing!

Clothes wise I am in a size 16 top today, the first time in years! It's a top that my mum got me that had always been to small and I thought I'd give it a go this morning and it fits, it's actually quite roomy! So, on the bottom I'm an 18 - 20 and the top a 16. I never thought that would be possible!

My sister is moving to New Zealand in October and has been having a huge wardrobe clean out - she's a size 14-16 and has given me a couple of black sacks of clothes. There's heaps for winter that will fit by then and some summer gear that's a little tight at the moment but should work in a few weeks time, I am thrilled but again, that horrible voice at the back of my mind is telling me I've lost all I'm going to and I will never make it! I have to keep telling it to F OFF!

Anyway, that's me for today - 25.2kg/ 55.5lb/ 4 stone down and now 121.8kg / 19st 1lb / 268lb

Very well done missus!! :) and also very handy about the clothes. I'm wearing a top today that I really shouldn't be, it's totally hanging off me xx

Weight today 120.0kg not a huge loss but better than nothing! Total loss to date 27kg. As of today my BMI is 40 which means I'm officially obese! I've never been so excited to be obese before! Next stop overweight...although I calculated it and I'd need to be under 90kg to be overweight... Basically I need to drop the same again, it's a great challenge and I am going to do it.

I'm finding work really exhausting this week and I'm finding it hard to get in enough protein, I was at 90g a day then I was unwell and it dropped back down to 30g, yesterday I managed 65g but that was with a protein bar. Think I might need to have shakes for breakfast or something. It seems the more protein I eat the more I lose...

Thanks for all your support!

Hey Hun,

Seems we are both the same height, at 120 what size are you if you don't mind me asking? I am aiming for a finishing weight of about 15 stone but don't know what size that makes me. X
