Pouch Test

I'm sorry if this has been asked before, if it has, please could someone point me in the right direction.

But i'm wondering, for those that have done the 5 day pouch test, would it be too much trouble to please post a day by day run down of the things you drank/ate?

I've been reading the 5 day pouch test website, and i'm finding it doesn't go into enough detail for me about what you can and can't have each day.

I am not a big fan of fish, and the only meat i eat really is chicken, but i love eggs.

So if you could possibly spare the time please to write down what you drank and ate during the test so i have a better idea of what to do, i'd be really really grateful.

Thanks in advance xxx

I'm suprised you're not finding enough ideas, have you looked at the recipes page? There are a lot of recipes for each stage on there.

I would recommend getting the book, it has even more recipes and talks a lot more about the science behind it.

L Tomato slim a soup

plus loads and loads of water

Day 2

Loads of water

B Milky Coffee

L Tomato Slim a soup

Milky coffee made with skimmed milk

D Smoothie made with 1 banana, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, 1 ww pudding mix, 10 icecubes and skimmed milk.

Day 3

B 1 boiled egg mixed with tiny amount of lowest fat mayonnaise.

Milky Coffee

I've skipped lunch cause I was out and dinner will be tuna fish mixed with lemon and a tiny amount of lowest fat mayonnaise.

I too found it difficult to understand and did n't find many recipes so I struggled thats why I've kept it simple and so far so good, I've managed to stick to it.

Thank you ladies. I think it would be a good idea to do the test, i'm still losing weight, but very slowly now and i have realised i've gone back to some old habits.

Thanks again, i really appreciate it.

Alia, good luck and i hope it goes well.
