Been one year today since my bypass. I was admitted 02/10/10 but had my op 03/10/10.

Its been a long journey for me & I haven't done as well as I'd hoped. But I'm still 6 stone lighter. With another 5 stone to go.

Does any of our experienced bypassers have any tips/help/advice?
