__________________   Emma    February 2009 - GP Appointment about surgery March 2009 - Appointment at Salford WMC - Funding applied for. Sept 2009 - Requested doctor to chase up funding August 2010 - Letter from Salford royal stating that my funding application had been on hold since sept 2009 as they had been waiting for further info from my GP July 2011 - I wrote to my Local MP to tell them i had been waiting around 2 years for funding and it still hadnt been approved. August 2011 - Letter from my Local MP to PCT to tell them to get a move. October 2011 - FUNDING APPROVED 7 Nov - Started PRE-OP Diet! 21st NOVEMBER 2011 - SURGERY !!!!! |
