I'll send you some mini games and hypnosis if you want today..spray some of your best perfume on and that will help put you off the smell xxxx

Oh that's a good plan, or a good excuse to light my Yankee candles :)

I'll send you some pictures of ours - Small Pancakes drizzled with blueberry coulis made from the fruit and sugar free syrup. When the time is right, common sense and your body will permit you! Best of luck getting through the day!
Nothing is beyond your reach, in time! - Paul x

Hi Rose - Just type in 'sugar free syrup' on Amazon site. Ignore any American ones (postage costs).
Uk distributors; Blue Bird, Monin, Routin, etc., do them for £6+ or you can buy sets of three assorted flavours, etc. Get back in touch if you have any problems. i still use the 'Eggface' web site for recipe variations, worth a look if you are not already aware of it - regards, Paul xx

paul that sounds delicious - none for me pre op diet wont allow it boo hoo
Sorry Chris, not meaning to tease, just tempt people to experiment if they are in a position to do so. I must say that now I am post op, every day is a new challenge with regard to cooking. I am fortunate that I work from home making cakes, etc., but still retain the passion for food and cooking despite the operation. Regards - Paul x

you know you can tease me anytime you want - food wise of course haha. pleased your doing so well after the op xxxx

I feel very naughty!

I just had a thin pancake!... No I'll correct that,I only managed half of it.
And I had low cal sugar and lemon on it.
It was yummy, never got stuck as chewed it properly.
Didn't want my young kids thinking I was a boring mummy not having a bit of a pancake.

It's great still having an odd treat without being greedy xx
