I guess I am content because whatever I look like on the outside, I am loved for who I am. I have only just found my way back on here - I told you I wasn't good with computers!!
Have been feeling very low as I haven't lost any weight for 10 days now. I am just over 3 weeks post op. Am so discouraged. This has always been my pattern on diets but I wasn't expecting it with this! Sad lady!

Hello and welcome! I'm a newbie too! I haven't been for my 1st appointment yet but love this site even though it was a bit confusing at the beginning lol

Hi and welcome :)

Please don't get disheartened with your weight loss, it's still very early days and your body needs time to heal and adjust.

Just stick with it and the results will come - good luck x

Don't get down Hun!... Stick with it!... Your body will suddenly catch up and realise what's happening and start burning the bumps away! From what I can tell some are slow to start then have a surge , others are fast then stall, some are steady away with small drops each week... It will happen! :)

Thank you everybody. Still no loss! My bariatric team are starting a new group next week to meet and chat, so am hoping to get to talk to them at that.

I have had a lengthy stall last month. The funny thing was during the stall I was shrinking daily. Some describe it as your body catching up with the scales. I Know we measure our success by the results on those damn scales. Try to look at other aspects too. Good luck x
