3 Months post op weight.

Operation 25th November 199.5 kg

1st month 26 th December 173 kg (loss 26.5kg)

2nd month 25th January 162kg (loss 11kg)

3rd month 25thFebuary 154kg (8kg )

Weight-loss seems to have slowed down a bit this month but i am over the moon that it is still coming off me.Would be lovely to break the 20 stone barrier by the summer. Thanks everyone for there great support.
