Rep Power: 0  Funding: Private Gender: Female | 5 weeks weigh in, fish & chips - 3lbs Hi all Its 5 weeks since my op and I've lost another 3lbs. I had fish and chips on saturday night which was delicious, I ate about 2 1/2" of fish without the batter and 3 chips!!! My boyfriend loved it as I just picked from his and I felt content, I was concerned about over eating but I just followed the rules, ate small amounts, chewed well, took my time and heh presto I can have fish and chips and lose weight.
