I was a little disappointed at first because I had lost 9lb last week but then I thought well you're supposed to lose a stone a month at first and 3.5lb a week would be a stone a month and if I can lose 3 stone for my holiday I will be chuffed to bits anymore than that is a bonus, Karen xxx suepat10 likes this.
