Fickle things these pouches!!

Well, went to my Mums for my Sunday Dinner yesterday.

1 slice of lamb - cut up into tinee Tiny peices - 1 spoon of mash, 1 cauli floret, 2 carrot batons and lots of gravy.
I have had it before and was fine , yesterday made me sick

This fickle pouch of mine is driving me bonkers!!

what i mean hun... was lamb is fattier than like pork or beef, even if you cut the visible fat off. dont give up on it though.. if you were ok with it before.. it could be your pouch just wasnt happy with it that day x
its all trial and error.. there are so many foods i havnt tried yet but im so afraid of dumping or being in pain its rediculous lol x

Personally looking at when you had surgery i would say you gotta expect days like this so early out. I wish i could have eaten lamb 2 months out without expecting ill affects.

I will be 2 years in June and not often but sometimes food can still bite my pouch on the butt....

It's a long slow process xx

Even at three years out I still find the Russian Roulette of daily pouch life interesting at times. I can eat the very same thing two days running and one day it's fine, the next wham!!

Oh I do expect there to be problems and Perry to tell me he's not liking things - but am just following my dietary advice given to me by team - gone back a stage this week and so far Perry is one very happy pouch so will stay with soups and minced meat concoctions for a couple of weeks then try again
