Can you get protein tablets

Just wondering if you can protein tablets as I can't stomach anything milky such as the shakes or milk and the unflavoured powders are very expensive. Its so hard to get all the protein in on the liquid stage :-/

Simple answer is no. As a gram is gram of anything, if there was such a thing, that would be a lot of tablets! Just keep on trying to get in as much as you can, it does get better.

Have managed most of my protein today and feel a lot better after having it just wish it wasnt so hard to get down :-/

Ooohhh I spent on ordering the protein water can I heck drink it even watered down 20 quid down the pan I am struggling with protein the amount of sugar in slimfast is shocking I did notice few months ago b4 my op the asda own brand did have less sugar than the actual slimfast if that helps I just can't face drinking one for some reason thought makes me a bit gippy xx

Kîmmiekoo I had the same problem with slim fast after my bypass try things like milky coffee and you can add marvel skimmed milk powder lots of protein just mix really well you will get there you are still in the very early days and your body is finding out what's going on don't beat yourself up.
