Oh eck help.

Feeling a lot of pain & discomfort in area slightly my left of solaplexix.it feels like a big stitch or trapped wind,since yesterday afternoon.i told my surgeon via email as it was done in France & he said go to GP.but they know very little about mini gastric bypass.ive tried walking about & moving but to no avail.ive drunk plenty of water to try to flush feeling away,but no.the weight is certainly coming off at a rate of a pound or two a day.but I won't be eating anything now at all cos of this pain.anyone got any experience to share.pls.

If it is only slight pain it MAY be wind, but if you are worried about it and the pain is bad I would suggest going to see your GP.

Also peppermint water is great for shifting wind.

Gripe water? I love that stuff!! But gp would be good or call a hospital with a team who specialising I find nurses on wards great for advice

I get a stitch like pain every so often and am putting it down to wind. As said try some peppermint water otherwise as others have advised if you are still struggling then speak to the GP and see what they say.
