Statistics: Total Weight Loss: 37lb Weight to Lose: 57lb % Lost: 16.82% | pre op miseries, anyone else? started my pre op last saturday, i've been good, until today!! i'm on the low carb one, i've been so miserable today and wondering if i'm doing the right thing, then i had 2 semi-skimmed lattes and now i feel a bit better and a bit happier with what i'm doing. did anyone else feel that way on their pre op?  xx |

I had banana as its on the low cal/carb diet and i thought it would do the least damage (im on the milk diet) i have been so cold and tired since last night but feel so much better now, will behave from now on, don't like failing!!!
