I can't see there being a problem, hun, as long as you take any NSAIDs, levothyroxine and iron tablets alongside food. The information sheets in the packets will tell you if you have to take them with food (including yoghurt), or an empty stomach. 20 days eh? eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!

I have no advice other than I was fine with my meds during milk diet. Just wanted to wish you well for the pre-op diet. Don't despair on days 1-3 - it gets a lot easier after day 3 x

I think the only reason you need your meds in liquid form post op, is because of the restriction you will have following surgery. This coupled with the bruising etc could cause tablets to get stuck. Since the pre-op diet is to shrink the liver, providing you take your tabs as directed, there should be no problems. It might be worth checking with the Bariatric surgery team if you have to stop/restrict any medication prior to surgery? I have to stop my aspirin for 3 days.
