Question taking arnica tablets

has anyone taken arnica tablets before there op to help them heal . if they have then how many did you take and were there any side effects, im due to have my op in 17 days and was told about these tablets .

I used them for both pregnancies & my sister used them after her C-section.. neither of us suffered any side affects & we both healed quickly.

I would imagine they would be very good after wls too... must remember them myself when my time comes. Thanks. xx
