Pre-op diet 2+12

So...

TRIAL DAY 01 - MILK AND YOGURT DIET
WEIGTH: ~133.5

10 am (had a late night)
- 2 of 100g pots of youghurt
- a glass of milk (200 ml)

I loved the yogurts (had 1 strawberry and 1 coconut).

1 pm
- 250 mil (half a stock cube) of chicken stock
The stock cube turned out to be low salt and had aweful artificial aftertaste (won't buy that one again). I am glad though there were tiny bits of carrot and other veggies (at least something to chew). Oveall it's not as bad as I thought it would be. I am happy.

2-3pm
- :break_diet: Licked my fingers while making my DD's birthday cake.
Old hapits die hard. Never mind. I'll carry on.

6pm
- 120g - honey and peach muller light -
great!
- 120g - mango muller light -
not so great
- 200ml - milk
- 1/5 stock cube

Should have eaten everything in reverse order! Have to stick to mealtimes in the future!

- :break_diet:1 babybel, 1 pepperami - I want to cry!!! :(. On the other hand it was a valuable lesson: GO TO BED EARLIER!!!!!

Heartburn!!! :(. Had to take renny.

2:30 am

- 200ml milk-
I was so excited (about Olivia's party and the beginning of my new life) that I couldn't sleep (had hunger pains as a result). Well, let's be honest, I didn't sleep because I've had insomnia for the last 2-3 months... and I slept till midday... I'VE GOT TO BREAK THIS VICIOUS CYCLE!

TRIAL DAY 02 - WHOLE FOOD DIET
Today is Olivia's birthday party and I know a few rules will be broken (I have to try the cake I made:D). I am not sure what our plans for afterparty are'cause it's sis-in-law birthday as well). Therefore I have chose the whole food diet as it allows me to have a piece of sandwich and some veggies.

9 am

- 1 slice of toast
- a cup of coffee
So far so good. I still have hunger pain but feel no emotional hunger at the moment which is good.

1:30 pm
- 1 cheese sandwich
- :break_diet:1 slice of cake
I had my cake :sigh: It was goooood! But I couldn't eat as much I would have even a few days ago.


5:30 pm
- :break_diet:night out
I will try not to eat too much

7:30pm - Chineeeeeeese...
I didn't eat as much as I usually do, but still... +Had a piece of bday cake at home ((((

DAY 01 - MILK AND YOGURT DIET
WEIGTH: 131.7 (weighed at the pre-op app)

6:00

- 175g - strawberry ML
Was woken up early by tummy pain. Just 175g of ML and all sorted. Great!

9:00
- coffee +50ml of milk
Olivia's golden syrup porridge smelled lovely. Had to watch myself and make sure a spoonful doesn't end up in my mouth as it usually does.

10:40

- 120g ML12:00
- 120g - honey and peach ML

13:00 (@IKEA)

500 ml of chicken stock (1 cube)
- coffee+30 ml of milk
- jelly
It was good! I was very tempted to grab a chip or a meatball from Olivia's plate but told myself not to even think of it. :p


16:30pm
- 120g of ML

It was a big gap between meals. I was starving. When Olivia opened a packet of crisps I started singing (luckily just in my head): "And I am not hungry! I am not feeling hungry" Fortunatly I had a pot of yogurt in my lunch bag.

17.00
- 200 ml of milk

18:30
- Decaf skinny latte (100ml of milk in it, I think)

19:30
- 250ml (1/5 a cube) of stock
- 175g cherry ML


22:30

- 120g yogurt

23:20
1 sachet of fybogel

THOUGHTS:
What a day it has been: pre-op app, trips to IKEA, B&Q, Boots, pick up mirror I'd bought on ebay. I finally HAVE A FULL LENGTH MIRROR! All I need now is to learn not to be terrified of my reflection in it.

I never thought that I would be looking forward to drinking stock or Fybogel (!!!) but here I am. Weird.

Another revelation that came upon me was about the reason behind me feeling miserable when I am on a diet. Feeling of being deprived brings back memories of the times when I couldn't afford even basics, let alone treats. Ever since food has in a way become essential to feeling secure.

Was woken up again by hunger pains. Had fibogel at first, (it helped a bit) but then I had to get up again for a cup of warm drink.

Had hunger pains again

Was woken up again.This time by Olivia who had a nightmare.Hunger pangs have started almostdtraight away.

Well, just as I expected I have reached the point when even WW soups taste nice to me. To be honest, I really enjoyed having one.

- tomato and basil soup
