I lost 7,5kg (=1st 2lbs) in 2 weeks. But I was VERY active (didn't excersice thought). But what you need to remember is that numbers are different for different people. If you weigh 26 stone then losing 2st in 2 weeks is not a problem but it's hardly going to happen if you weigh 16st.

hi Illelliell i know it will be different for each of us . I was trying to get an over all average by looking at peoples weight etc. I'm just hoping I can lose this two stones by my surgery date as Im quite anxious about whether I will be accepted for surgery. Thanks for the advice thou love . Hope your journey is doing well .

When are you starting your pre op? Are you planning doing 2-3 or 4 weeks?

i start my pre op LSD 30th of Oct . Im doing it for four weeks although Ive just noticed in my letter my surgeon says three. However have greatly reduced last two weeks and am having a few trial days here and there. Hope you are well x
