nhs england low priority procedures

If you search for this it should be part of the whole policy.

Sorry to be a pain
Is there any one out there that can help me get the revisional guidelines off the NHS website as I just can't find them and have even rang them to no avail
I am desparate to read them before I go for my band repair to see if I qualify for revisional surgery instead I am going round in circles and feel like I'm hitting my head in a brick wall xx

I've tried a search and it brings up the criteria by care commissioning group (CCG).

So if you type in NHS low priority procedures then the name of your CCG, it should bring up their policy and a list of procedures.
