Bypass and then revision?

I just wondered what options there were to bypasses who had successfully lost their weight initially and then put back on??

I paid for my bypass privately so would I need to pay for revision or could I go under Nhs?

Some people have had a fobi ring put over the bypass, as for funding I really don't know.

I've just had a band put over my bypass. Bypass was NHS, band I've self funded.
