A question :)

Since around 5 months out weight loss virtually stopped. Around that time I noticed some changes, and have been observing the same since. So a few days before I get my monthly is the only time I feel restriction and get sick. I actually dont feel hungary and can easily pass the choice of food. Its the only time I ever lose weight.

I've googled and researched but cant find nothing that can give me answers as to whats causing it, as I'd love to have the restriction and feeling most the month rather than for 2-4 days.

xx
