Has anyone had to write or contact their MP? A few people have said to contact my MP....just wondering if anyone has and what was the outcome? Also what to put in an email or what to say to them .....just fishing for info here!! Thanks

Not specifically for WLS but have written to my MP & councillor on other matters.
Letter should begin with introduction & why you are writting to them e.g. Nowhere else to turn to etc etc.
Then briefly outline the important facts of your case in date order, attach any relevant documents like correspondence between parties, policies & procedures.
Most importantly end with what you would like him to do for you & if he can't can he suggest something else.
