Exercise paying off

No I haven't found a yen note like silversurfer but have upped my exercise the last couple of weeks due to a stall and the weight has dropped a few pounds. Just goes to show you gotta shift that booty huh!

You have to keep your eyes open - out last night i found a £1 coin in the car park i run back to the hotel through i'm taking these finds as a sign ! ........this time next year i'll be a millionaire Rodney ! :gimi::bliss:
