first post op appointment

well yesterday i had my first appointment with my surgeon since having my op in july. i was meant to see him in aug ,but had to cancel, well he seemed happy with the weight loss so far, even tho i feel its going slowly,
he told me the normal weight loss after bypass is about 2 or 3 lbs a week, if your losing more than that your not eating enough, and if your not losing that your eating or drinking to many calories,
but it worked out that on average im losing 3lbs a week. even tho i had a stall for 5 weeks..well i dont have to go back for a few more months now so i guess all is going good....

and I think I would now prefer my weight to come off slowly,I mean I really dont want to lose my hair,or have loose skin.
The weight Is going to come off in the end...ur doing brill x
