I am going to tell you about a neat trick here. This is the same for ALL searches done using the built in search function.

The picture is marked with a 1 and a 2.

1. This is the link to the post, typically this is no good as it brings you to the first post of a thread and you cant find what you were searching for on the threads.
2. This link takes you to the actual post where your search term was a hit. This is the link you most likely want to use.
