I really need to increase my fluids you are doing amazing!

How far post op are you? For my first 2 months I could barely take in any fluids, then as if there was a magic switch, I could manage 3ltrs a day easy. :)

B 1slice cheese on toast. 15g cheese and white bread
L organic butternut & bacon soup
D Just had my first mini roast post op. Managed 1 small tesco value Yorkshire pudding, 25g boiled broccoli, gravy, 20g potatoes (really little but good) and 50 g chicken. (little but great). A small roast. Really small but feels great. Happy days. Filled up but all staying down and wonderful. And this great meal only 182 calories in total. Now to make a chicken soup with the rest of the whole chicken, to have each day at work for lunch. Genuinely super chuffed.

Snacks: 1 clementine, 20g cheddar cheese

Drinks: 2 SKINNY cappucino's from
Costa, 3 mugs instant decaf coffee with SS milk. 2ltr water.

***** at costa spilt coffee on my top, and had an appointment shortly, so went in to a shop of the high street and bought an XL sized t-shirt off the rack and it fits like a glove! Great day!

Protein 71g
Calories 927 less 103 exercise, total 824
