Hi all' I'm 4 yrs post bypass. Have gained about 20 but now trying to reign it in and joined sw. I have lost 5lb over 3 weeks. So im getting there. I wanted to know though how many calories a day should we be on per day to have a healthy weight loss.? Do we need to take in less than the "normal" person who is dieting? Thanks Julie
