Hesrtburn/indigestion when eating

I'm 4.5 years post bypass and just recently I've started getting heartburn and indigestion as soon as I have something to eat. It's with all food even non spicy. Is this something I should be worried about?

I AM NERALY 3 YEARS OUT I WOULD SEE YOUR GP, you may have to go back on to lansoprasole or omeprazole to damp down the acid. Don't delay do it today. Do you know that acid can damage the vocal chords and so lead to losing your voice for weeks at a time. It has happened to a good friend of mine, she is getting married soon and still can't speak. She has had camera down and now is going to have some speech therapy to help repair the damage the acid has caused she has completely changed her eating.

Thanks for your reply. I have been taking lansoprazole since my bypass so couldn't be that.

I think I'll get it checked then.
