Hi Everyone.

Just wanted to crow! Surgery was exactly one year ago and I'm down 123 pounds and have finally hit the ones.

I would love to know everyone else's achievements at one year out. I know I feel fantastic about it and would love to hear your story too!

I lost just over 10 stone at a year out. I'm now almost 2 years post op and I've lost 13.5 stone. I've maintained at 10st 2lb since February ;-)

10 stone seems such an unbelievable amount of weight to lose. Last week a colleague I hadn't seen for a few months, said " your looking well have you lost some weight ?". I said just over 10 stone, she laughed, and said "me too!". Smiling and nodding I walked away...... Wasn't sure how to respond to that ;-).

Well done everyone, it's not easy but, nothing worthwhile is! X
