May be it could be best to go back to structured routine eating at set times, If you think you are hungry, up your protein. I have been there but not till I got to yrs post op don't go back to that habit if you can avoid it change it now, I wish I could rein it in at times, if you are getting bad tummy probably you are over eating. Fill up on water or other fluids in between meals. Keep active this is you greatest window of opportunity still the 1st year is when you will loose the big bulk of the weight. It then slows down rapidly and that's when the honey moon period is over. So do it now please and gte as much weight off as possible. Good luck xx
