Hi my friends.
Firstly,i need to apologise for disappearing off the map for a while!
I've had a bit going on but i think i'm getting there :sigh:. ( Not Surgery related)
I'm just over 2 years out and have lost 10stone..was a bit more but been up and down for a while now but glad to say i'm back on track and raring to go again.xxxx
