slider Foods

...what are they?

I know that crackers, chocolate etc are considered slider foods, but what else is included in the list - any ideas?
I found that Weetabix is considered to be one, and now Im questioning my menus!

I just googled it because for some strange reason I thought a slider food was something like ice cream or fatty milk shakes that just 'slid' down without getting restriction.

However, have just seen it described as this : magine two large bowls of water - in one bowl you put 2oz of crisps in the other bowl 2oz of chicken - come back in 15min and what's happened to each bowl. The crisps have dissolved and the chicken is still there.

So no clarity there really.

Maybe I didnt word my post correctly...

What would be on your list of slider foods? (Its a term Ive only really just discovered, Im about 18 months post op...!)

For instance...

Ice-cream
Weetabix
Salad(!!)
Popcorn
Biscuits
