This day this time next week hopefully it will be all over for me!!!

Fly to France this Sunday night( well Monday am) leaving home at 3am.

So nervous that I'll wake up from op and they will tell me they couldn't do the bypass.

Good luck! Those were my first words in Recovery "Have I had my surgery?" as I was convinced I would not be 'suitable' in some way ... Thankfully Mr F assured me he had be able to do it! Phew!!! Nearly 15months and 9+stone later I know for a fact he did not lie - tee hee!

Had my consolidation with Dr today and he said I'm high risk but he is going to do a mini bypass on me. Have my endoscopy tomorrow am so once that's ok I'm flying. Thanks everyone

Had my endoscopy this morn and I wasn't put asleep I was very annoyed over that but I got on with it. I have a small Ulcer but it shouldn't be a problem so it's all go for the morning. I'll be going to hospital at 5.30am in morn x fingers crossed.

Bless you, the endoscopy is brutal but over now and hopefully all plain sailing now. Good luck for tomorrow xxx
