Please please can anyone tell me that they have had the most vial dumping ever. I had a very good day yesterday and was doing what I thought was wonderful today until an hour ago. I had a slimfast had no problems drinking it, I was using a straw sipping slowly taking my time over an hour to be exact and really enjoying it. I went to use the last bit when I though I don't really want that bit so I'll leave it it the bottle and have it tomorrow when (sorry for the next bit) I passed wind along with diarrhoea I struggled to the loo when I continued to go but at the same time I felt like my brain was being pulled out of my head. A headache like I have never had in my life I went bright red in the face and had to put a wet towel on my head, back of my neck and temples I honestly thought I was dying I was so frightened. Is this a sever case of dumping. Pleas tell me that's all it was. I'm back in bed now I've just been sipping water and the headache has gone. I know that the slimfast must have been to rich for me but pleas tell me this is normal and others have had this
