Bowel movements

Good morning all
I wonder if anyone can help. I had a bypass on 3 September and have done really well, eating almost anything now but in very small quantities of course. Bowel movements have been very regular but find the last week I'm going to the loo about 4/5 times a day and it's very soft and almost like baby poo. It's also very very smelly and I'm quite embarrassed by it all. It has changed in texture since the bypass but I'm always aware that I need to be near a toilet now. Awful subject I know but wondering if this is right or not. Weight loss is going well, lost 3 stone so far and have another 4 to go. Just the continuous need to go to the 'big loo' lol. Hope someone can advise me on this. Thanks Jackie x

Can't say I have experienced that. I don't go every day and also I take senakot tabs or liquid just to keep things soft enough to be comfortable when I do go. Maybe give yr team a ring and talk it through with them, will put yr mind at rest if they are not concerned.

Since the operation 2nd September I've always had loose stools, greeny yellow like baby poop. I've been told is normal is not everyday but if you're concerned your GP will test it for you.

Mine won't flush lol I have to flush 4 or 5 times!!
