I'm 4 weeks post op (bypass) and have been given no info on how much I am supposed to eat! I think I might be having too much.... Does anyone have an idea? Also on calorie intake? Pics would be great x

Here all the time.....
Your whole meal should be able to fit comfortably into a Muller Yoghut Pot. protein first, then veggies, the carbs is the order to eat. Your dietician should have this detailed on your take-home sheets.

I was told the same thing I was advised to use a small plastic pot or muller rice pot size to give me a portion size to work with
brought some small size pots from the pound shop and now freeze some as im still making too much find it working for me

its 3 for a £1 and its re useable I also have some that you get from a take-away also plastic with lids again from around a £1 for 4 from my local shop now have a drawer full of them !

I'm 7 weeks out and this is worrying me ... I would say my meal sizes are larger than a Muller light yoghurt pot. I have my 8 week check next week so I'll speak to my dietician then.

My weight loss has been so frustrating for the last 6 weeks ... 3 weeks and not a pound lost then a 7lb drop ... Then not another pound the following 3 weeks. Maybe my portion sizes are too big ?
