Here all the time.....
I do when I need to. 2 at a time. Since the bypass there is no overnight workings, a couple of hours as they are straight through the system. I keep on top of 'things' and hardly ever take them. I'm not great at this myself, but, hydration is the key thing for me.

Here all the time.....
I swallow them whole, they are small enough to get down. If you are at the stage you need to be taking something I would never prolong the agony (for me) and I always take two. Just don't leave the vicinity
