I'm 7months out and this weekend hunger struck. I'm desperately trying to ignore it and sip water more often. But I feel devastated that it is back.. Please can someone tell me that it can't be and I can beat this through psychology.
Hunger is normal. Please don't be Afraid of it. I know it can be scary when it comes back after going missing for months! Remember the rules; eat slowly, chew carefully, put fork down between bites. Your body is relearning how to eat! x
I'm only 4 months out and starting to feel hungry again
I was a bit confused and disappointed when it returned but the good thing is it doesn't take much to satisfy it any more and I think Nicola is right, this is when we really learn how to eat, until now the surgery has done all the hard work. I guess the honeymoon period is over
