Pain!!!

So yesterday it was 3 weeks exactly since my r n y op. I decided to try to walk a bit more so did 6255 steps on my iphone pedometer. This has given me severe pain just to the right of my belly button. It only hurts when im standing and walking and I have to press my hand on the right side of my stomach just to make it bearable. Any ideas whatsoever?

You need an examination by someone who knows what they are doing, it could be a hernia, a pulled muscle, a little bleed or it might be nothing BUT you need a medical view. Talk to your provider , there must be a follow up service

Excellent. Problem with going to GP or similar is that they would be reluctant to comment so soon post op

They think its skeletal muscular pain.... I injected fragmin in the area yesterday (my last one) and then walked 4.38km over the course of the day (too much too soon perhaps) when im sat with my back rested on something it dissapears lying down the same, as soon as i put pressure on my right leg it feels horrendous.
