Pre-op done...might finally get some answers soon!

After years of putting up with my abdomen issues after my bypass I've finally had my pre-op...
I'm just waiting now for my date to go in hospital with the baratrics so they can do investigations.
I'll be having a camera put through my stomach so they can have a look round,whether it's a kinking/twisting bowel or a hernia.
As all other tests I've had done have showed up nothing..
I've not been coming on the forum much,as I don't want to sound all doom and gloom,as my issues have really gotten me down and at times I've regretted this surgery.
I'd just love to get this all fixed and I can start to enjoy myself again like the early days.
Can't believe I'm 5 years in sept so it's time to get to the bottom of all this discomfort..

Sounds like things are heading in the right direction. Just knowing someone is going to do a proper investigation can make one feel better. Hope you get your date soon and they find and fix whatever it is that is causing you pain.

Hi Emma, really pleased you are a step close to finding some explanation for these pains you have been enduring long term. I too have not posted very much lately. No test..this hasn't been mentioned at the hospital,just having me in for investigations when I get a date x
