Slow losses, stalls and getting over them

I have been around the forum and i can see that stalls are normal and some do lose slower than others. But as everyone is different, we all have our way of boosting our losses and getting over stalls. So i thought i'd ask everyone to share how they have managed to break a stall or boost their losses! So please share your techniques! My losses have slowed down a lot and i have no idea what to do to...

I've been pretty lucky and lost steadily even now at 18 months out I'm still losing, ok very very slowly now, but all I can say is keep plugging away at it, if you're eating right doing a bit of exercise even if its just a small walk, it will shift :) Most of all good luck too all x

I came to a complete halt weight loss wise even though my calorie intake never goes over 1200 I just stopped losing..
Never gained anything though (small blessing)

Decided to lower my carbs and join the gym and the scale is moving again .. Slowly but it's moving...
I have spinal problems so can't do any high impact exercise so it's the arm weights and bikes for me but it's working ..
As people in the thread above have said you must keep plugging away and not give up ..
Some people use varying their calorie intake to move the scale.. Never worked for me but but does for others

Thanks for replying :)

I'm atm waiting for some protein shakes to arrive as I'm hoping it'll boost my losses a bit, since I started work my eating patterns have messed up.
