7 and a bit months post op :)

7 months post op a total loss of 9stone and 7lbs so far and only 1 stone 7lbs till I've hit my ideal target weight set by the doctors!!

Feeling fabulous

Exercise has gone slightly to pot as I hurt my knee doing a 10k road run!

But I am extremely happy and not a day goes by where I don't regret the decision I made

I had a gastric bypass on the 16th dec.

Starting weight 24.4 clothes size around 26/28

Current weight 14.10 clothes size 18

Even gone from a 40 back bra size to a 34!!

Unbelievable journey and change! Can't wait for my year post op!!

Weight coming off slowly now but I'm still losing around 9 lbs a month which I'm thrilled about!
